On tier-on-tier shutters, the top and bottom panels operate independently which gives you an added level of control over your shutters. Besides the independently functioning panels, tier-on-tier shutters look and feel just like our full height shutters. By keeping the panels open, you are also able to resemble the appearance of our cafe style shutters.
The added option of opening panels separately gives you greater control of privacy and lighting. You are able to allow natural day light to shine through the top panels when open, whilst still maintaining privay by keeping the lower panels closed. The tier-on-tier shutters style are perfect for bathrooms and bedrooms where flexibility between privacy and natural day light is crucial.
Often popular in bay windows or sash windows to make full use of tall windows and match the design of your windows.
